Age 47, the son of Marvin and Esther Tuttle Wagner of Wattsburg.

Brian graduated from Seneca High School in 1985, where he lettered in three sports. He went on to graduate from Edinboro University and worked as a Quality Control Manager at Plastek Industries Inc. He was a member of Wattsburg United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Hilda Tuttle, paternal grandparents, Frank and Dorothy Wagner, and one great-nephew, Dash Makowski.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Wendy (Darrell) Grafius of Millcreek, and Sherry (Jim) Wnukowski of North East; nieces and nephews; and one great-nephew.

Interment in Wales Cemetery.
