Mr. Waddell was a graduate of Southwestern High School, Hanover. He was employed at Sterling Sound and Vision of Owings Mills, Md. He enjoyed computers, computer games, sound systems, music, and carpentry.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Paul Richardson of Reisterstown, Md.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 16, at Hartzler Funeral Home, 310 Church St., New Windsor, Md., with the Rev. Dr. Colin Phillips, pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church, New Windsor, Md., officiating. Interment will be in Winters Cemetery, New Windsor.
