Martha Estel Bartley, 74, of Georgetown, passed from this life on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria.
She was born July 4, 1940 in Lincoln County, Arkansas, to the union of her parents, Henry Albert and Lola Idell Thompson Cook.
Mrs. Bartley worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant at Woods Haven Nursing Home in Pollock.
Services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, Feb 9, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with the Revs Austin Bradford and Lamar Carpenter officiating.
Interment followed in the Jordan Hill Cemetery in Winn Parish under direction of Hixson Brothers, Inc. of Jena.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bowman Bartley; sons, Danny Bartley and W.M. Bartley; parents; and a brother, Neal Huffman.
