Mrs. Sisson, a native of Lexington, died Sunday, March 20 at Methodist Hospital in Lubbock. She had been a member of Lakeridge United Methodist Church in Lubbock.
Survivors include six sons, Gary Sisson of McAllen, Texas, Aaron Sisson, Bill Sisson, Dickie Sisson and Ricky Sisson, all of Lubbock, Texas; three daughters, Mrs. Nellie Cherry of Kansas City, Missouri, Mrs. Laura Jenkins of Amarillo, Texas and Mrs. Shirley Christan of Austin, Texas; two brothers, George Irby Tate of Lexington and Earl Tate of Belzoni; 34 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bracken Christan, Stanley Sisson, Kevin Sisson, George Cherry, Michael Sisson, Michael Jenkins, Gordon Jenkins, Jr. and Allen Cherry.
