Ralph Wayne Reeves, Sr., 71, died March 11, 2015 in Oklahoma City. He was born on June 6, 1943 to Glen Oren and Rosamond (Powell) Reeves. He was a 1961 graduate of Capitol Hill High School. On November 27, 1963 he married Barbara Lou Couteau in Bethany, OK. In 1987 he retired from the Oklahoma City Fire Department. Ralph loved fixing old cars, hunting, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents and a baby daughter. Survivors include his wife Barbara; a son Ralph Reeves, Jr. and wife Michelle of OKC; daughters, Debbie Johnson of Minco, Janna Haynes and husband Peter of McKinney, TX, and Darla Holmes and husband Steve of OKC; brothers, Milton Reeves and wife Joann of OKC and Joe Reeves and wife Nancy of Mustang, OK; sister, Anita Pavlovic and husband John of Mustang, OK; grandchildren, Ashley Reeves, Shawn Cook, Tyler Gilliland and wife Breanna, Justin Gilliland and wife Racquel, Hannah Marmolejo, Madison Perryman, Quincy Haynes, Gray Haynes, Chloe Sullivan, Jackson Holmes, and Reese Holmes; Great-grandchildren, Kaylyn, Emma, Delilah, and Brooklyn. He also left behind many close friends. Viewing will be 9am-9pm on Saturday, March 14, and 11am-9pm Sunday, March 15 at Mercer-Adams with the family present from 3pm-5pm on Sunday. Services will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 10am at Mercer-Adams Chapel, with interment to follow at the Bethany Cemetery.
