She was preceded in death by her father, Robert “Bobby” Lee Burton; and father-in-law, Maxwell Marlow. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Oneida, where she played in the hand bell choir. She was director of Therapy Services for Jamestown Regional Medial Center, and was an active fund-raiser for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life.
She is survived by her mother, Maxine Human Burton of Robbins; her husband, Keith Marlow of Oneida; two daughters: Andrea Marlow, and Rachel Litton and husband, Jeremy, all of Oneida; two sisters, Nancy Chitwood and husband, Rick, of Powell, and Brenda Byrge and husband, Harold, of Robbins; grandmother, Dollie Burton of Glenmary; mother-in-law, Zora Marlow of Oneida, brother-in-law, Mitchell Marlow and wife, Sue, of Oneida; nieces and nephews, Cory and Caitlin Chitwood, Clint Marlow, Tabitha and Todd Pike, Rebekah and Kevin Smith, and Brandon Byrge; and many other relatives. The family was to have received friends Wednesday, June 7, from 5 p.m., until time of funeral service at 8 p.m., at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Wilder officiating. Graveside service will be conducted Thursday, June 8, at 11 a.m., at Pine Hill Cemetery. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, c/o Jo Ann Burchfield, at First National Bank of Oneida.
