Rebecaa Ann “Becky” Boyce, 66, of Stanton died Thursday, February 26, 2015.

Memorial services will be 10:30 A.M. Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Belvue Church of Christ in Stanton with Dr. Bill Welsh officiating.

Becky was born October 25, 1948 in Stanton to Oliver and Frances Anderson Boyce.

She was a 1967 graduate of Stanton High School and 1968 graduate of Commercial College in Midland.

Becky worked at various secretarial and bookkeeping jobs.

She particularly enjoyed abstract work with Epley Abstract Company and Martin County Abstract Company.

She was a lifelong member of Belvue Church of Christ.

Becky was a devoted mother to a series of canine fur children, including Suzie, Tina, Little Bit, Henry, Rufus, and Molly.

She was keenly interested in family history and was beloved for her gentle disposition and quick sense of humor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Oliver Boyce.

She is survived by one aunt, Eulene Anderson Holder of Midland. Also surviving are six first cousins: David Holder of Spring, TX,; Laura Holder Roderick of Midland; Linda Holder Ritter of Canyon; Royce Boyce of Midland; Robert Boyce of Abilene; and Rodger Boyce of Gainesville.

The family suggests that memorials be made in Becky’s name to Belvue Church of Christ, P. O. Box 1110, Stanton, Texas, 79782.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbreath Funeral Home, 209 North St. Charles Street, Stanton.
