Esther M. Levi, 91 of Aurora passed away Tuesday March 10, 2015 at Drake Hospital at Cincinnati. Esther was born Saturday April 1, 1923 in KY the daughter of Horace and Maude (Dudgeon) Block. She married Eugene Levi September 6, 1940 and he preceded her in death April 7, 1998. Esther was a homemaker and a employee of Campbell Hausfeld in Harrison, OH. Esther was a member of the Community United Methodist Church in Manchester since 1945, Manchester Fireman’s Ladies Auxiliary, and Hummingbird Home economics Club. She enjoyed baking, quilting, gardening, flowers, taking pictures, but her greatest enjoyment was her family. Esther is survived by her Sons: Charles (Shirley) Levi of Rising Sun; Dale (Linda) Levi of Manchester, IN; Daughters: Donna Dell of Moores Hill; Deborah (Steve) Walker of Aurora; Brother: Richard Block of Fort Wayne, IN;Sisters:Dorothy Jewett of Dillsboro, Mary Kieffer of Versailles, Carolyn Hollins of Middletown, OH. 16 Grandchildren, 36 Great-Grandchildren, 20 Great-Great- Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Esther was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2-brothers, 1-sister, 3-granddaughters, several nephews and 1-niece. Funeral services will be 10AM Saturday March 14, 2015 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home, Milan with Pastor Duane Loos officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery at Moores Hill.
