Dorothy Margaret Kelleher of Heavener, Oklahoma, was born April 2, 1922, in Monroe, Oklahoma, to Leroy and Lavida (Pickle) Davis and passed away March 8, 2015, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at the age of 92.

She is survived by:

One daughter:
Diane Baldridge of Heavener, Oklahoma

One son:
Ron Roop and wife Ilene of Heavener, Oklahoma

11 grandchildren:
Todd Roop and wife Ginny, Shelley James and husband Wes, Kalynn McLaine-Hughes and husband George Hughes, Vicki Gotes and husband Shannon, Sarah Ward and husband Shannon, Scott Roop and wife Ashley, Bradley Roop, Dylan Roop, Abrey Culley and husband Roy, Jessie Shipman and husband Lee, and Brenda Kay Perdue.

19 great-grandchildren:
Daniel Dye, Denton Dye, Chloe Gotes, Gavin Gotes, Ashton Sanders, Rayannah Ward, Noah Ward, Kadance Roop, Codie Smith, Colt Callahan, Heather Culley, Daniel Culley, Mason Mitchell, Case Shipman, Ben Shipman, Lauren Shipman, Josh Shipman, Aneisha Woods, and Jenna Perdue

Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, William Hoyt Roop and Earl “Pete” Kelleher; grandson-in-law Jim McLaine, and one great-granddaughter Macy McLaine. Dorothy was a long-time resident of the Lovings Community and was a member of the Lovings Baptist Church. During the 1950’s she and her husband Pete owned and ran the Country Store in Lovings, and in her later years she was a chicken grower for O.K. Farms.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Lovings Baptist Church with Reverend Bob McCaslin and Reverend Mark Morris officiating. Burial will follow in Lovings Cemetery under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons

Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., with friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
