She married Martin Wilbur Kitson on September 25, 1909 in Greenville, Darke County, Ohio, with whom she shares a headstone. Mrs. Clara Kitson, 87, 116 East Somers St., Eaton, died Sunday at Reid Memorial Hospital in Richmond. She was a member of the Barren Street Chapel Church of Christ.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Thelma Crane of New Paris; four sons, Harold and Lowell of Eaton, Don of Colorado Spring, Colo., and Max of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; one brother Ed Buckingham of Pique; 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services for Mrs. Kitson will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Girton-Schmidt Memorial Home with Rev. Robert Benz officiating. Burial will be in Monroe Cemetery.
