Cherron Ray Seeley married Velores Peterson in 1944 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They had four sons and nine grandchildren.

He graduated from Moroni High and Snow college. He was a turkey grower for 40 years and a member of Moroni Feed Company.

He was elected to the North Sanpete School Board where he served for 12 years. He served 2 terms on the Mt. Pleasant City council.And served 5 years as Mayor. He was a member of the Inter Mountain Power Board.

He served in the US Navy during World War II was a member of the Prove Elks Lodge No 849. And a member of the LDS church.

He died May 3 1983 buried with full Military Honors in the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery.
