Cynthia Ann Boyce, 72, passed away at her home Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007, surrounded by family and loved ones.

She was born Oct. 25, 1935, in Woburn, Mass., to the late Willis and Geraldine Carter. Cynthia was a fun- loving spirit who loved to have a good time. She spent her whole life providing for and nurturing her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William; a grandson, Patrick Boyce; and a brother, Robert Carter. Left to cherish her memory are three sons, Steve and his wife, Leslie, Paul and his wife, Melvina, and Robert and his wife, Estelle; two daughters, Lori and her husband, Jack, and Lisa; seven grandchildren, Jonathan, Anthony, Amy, Ryan, Katie, David and Brett; two great-grandchildren, Shawn and Patrick; a brother, Alan Carter; and a sister, Elaine Sullivan.

A service to celebrate Cynthia’s life will be held at 19 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, in the chapel of Southerland Family Funeral Home with Rick McClung officiating.
