Foster ValDean Moosman, 15, son of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy J. Moosman, Mount Pleasant, was struck and killed by lightning at Indianola, Sanpete County while herding sheep.
Born March 13, 1948, in Panguitch, Garfield County, to LeRoy J. and Guelda Rose Buckler Moosman. He had lived with his family in Panguitch and Circleville, Piute County, before moving to Mount Pleasant where he attended school. He was graduated from Moroni Junior High School last week.
Survivors include his parents, five sisters and a brother: Mrs. Harvey (Mary E.) Madsen, Granger; Mrs. Robert (Velma) Johansen, Granger; Mrs. Frank (Rose Marie) Shepherd, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Maurice (Jeneal) Anderson, Nephi; Georgia Lujean Moosman, Mount Pleasant and Delroy John Moosman, Bunkerville, Nev.; grandfather, John Buckler, Circleville.
