1. Pay all my debts.
2. To my wife CORNELIA A. BEAUCHAMP all my real estate during her natural life.
3. After the death of my wife, I give to my nephews JOHN JONES, son of PERRY JONES, and JOHN MILLER, to be divided equally, 25 acres known as WILLIAM FERGUSON land. Also 5 acres willed to my by my father JOHN W. BEAUCHAMP. Within 2 years after the death of myself and my wife, they shall pay in equal portions to GEORGE MILLER, GLANT MILLER, and OTHEL MILLER $300.
4. After the death of my wife, I give to FRED BEAUCHAMP, DALE BEAUCHAMP, and RUSSELL BEAUCHAMP, children of my deceased brother, CHARLES BEAUCHAMP, the remaining 20 acres willed to me by my deceased father JOHN W. BEAUCHAMP. They are to pay within 2 years to GEORGE MILLER, GLANT MILLER, and OTHEL MILLER $150 to be divided equally.
5. I appoint WILLIAM C. WAIT of Newport, IN Executor.
