Wiley Ford, WV__Roy L. Ross, 79, of Wiley Ford, WV, died Sunday, January 4 , 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.
Born July 21, 1935 in Wiley Ford, he was the son of the late Raymond L. Ross and Bessie (Mason) Ross.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lolita (Aquallo) Ross. Mr. Ross was retired from the B & O Railroad, where he had been a trackman.
He is survived by his children, Patricia Stallings, and husband Michael, Wiley Ford, Steven Ross, and wife Cathy, Ridgeley, Roy Ross, and wife Marilyn, Wiley Ford, Kathy Baker, Hagerstown, and Linda Hapney, and husband Roy, Ridgeley; one sister, Hagerstown; and, several grandchildren, great, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., 202 Greene Street, Cumberland, on Wednesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Benny Brakeall, officiating.
Interment will be in Dawson Cemetery.
