Anthony B. Marks was born to Stephen G Marks Sr. and Toni Johnson-Marks on March 31, 1989 at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. He departed from this life on March 4, 2015.

Anthony received his GED and had plans to enroll in college to better himself; for himself and his two children, Jaydyn Marks 4 and A'Myrah Toni Marks 9 months. He was a man who loved his children, his family and his friends.

Anthony accepted Jesus Christ and was baptized at Forrest Grove Baptist Church in Kansas City, KS at the age of 12. Later, he attended Love Fellowship COGIC in Kansas City, KS. In 2014, Anthony decided to turn his life back over to Christ Jesus and joined Macedonia Baptist Church.

Anthony leaves to cherish his memory: his father, Stephen Marks, Sr.; mother, Toni Johnson-Marks; his brothers, Deandre Myers, and Stephen Marks, Jr., a maternal grandmother, Margie L Harrington 81; his two small children, Jaydyn and A'Myrah and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services for Mr. Marks were held Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at E.S. Eley & Sons Funeral Chapel with Dr. Celeste Baton officiating. In the weeks to follow, Anthony's remains will be put to rest at Highland Park Cemetery, 4101 State Ave in KCK.
