Jeanie S. White, 94, of National Health Care of Stuart, formerly of Oakdale Avenue, Pawtucket, a private practical nurse for 35 years in Providence and Pawtucket, died Wednesday at National Health Care of Stuart.
Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Howat) White, she had lived in Pawtucket for many years before moving to Stuart in 1986.
Miss White was a member of Central Congregational Church, Providence and attended Smithfield Avenue Congregational Church, Pawtucket. She was a member of the Queen Esther Chapter Order of the Eastern Star 2, Daughters of Heather, Pawtucket, past president of the Daughters of Argyle 83 of Providence and the Rhode Island African Violet Society.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
