In 1900 she and her parents and three siblings lived on a farm they owned, with a mortgage, in Orson (Township?), Mesa County, Colorado.

In 1910 she and her sister Ruth lived with their other sister Elizabeth and her family--her husband and their daughter--in a house they owned, mortgage free, in Highland, CA. Her brother-in-law worked as a foreman at a packing house and she worked as a fruit packer at a packing house.

In 1920 she and her father lived in a house they owned, mortgage free, on East Main Street in Highland, CA. He worked as a carpenter and she worked as a clerk in a dry goods store.

In 1930 the two of them lived in a house that was indexed as being on Center Street in Highland, but seems likely to have been the same house they lived in in 1920--Center runs for just one block off of Main. Their home was valued at $3500, and they did have a radio. She worked as a packer in a packing house.

In 1940 they lived in a house they owned at 44 East Main Street in Highland. Their home was valued at $2000. She worked as a fruit packer for a citrus company, with an income in 1939 of $240 for 12 weeks of work.
