Kay, 76, of Allentown, passed away at the age of 76, in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown.

Kay was the daughter of the late William O. Sr. and Vivian A. (Reese) Fritchman.

She was married to John V. "Jack" Adams, Sr. with whom she celebrated 51 years of marriage before he passed away in 2005.

Kay was a graduate of Allentown High School and Allentown Business School.

She worked as a clerk at Sacred Heart Hospital for ten years and the former Schoens Furniture for four years.

Kay and Jack devoted many years to Mountainville Memorial Ladies Auxiliary and Mountainville Fire Company. Kay was also a former member of Fearless Fire Company.
