David P. Rabold, 84, Houtzdale, died Friday at Valley View Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Altoona, son of the late David Henry Kinch Rabold and Anna (McNamara) Rabol.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Garrett Rabold, Kimberly Wolfe, Derrick Wolfe, Bobby Rabold, Autumn Damiano, Marissa Damiano and Dominic Damiano; two step-grandchildren, Lucus Williams and Brandon Williams; and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Pauline (Kutzer) Rabold; three sisters, Betty Quirin, Helen Rabold and Cora Mae Rabold; and a step-daughter, Valerie Casale.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc. with Father Marc Solomon officiating.
Burial will follow in the American Legion Cemetery, Brisbin.
Graveside military honors will be accorded by the Houtzdale American Legion Honor Guard.
