Tim was born on April 6, 1955 in Appleton, WI, the son of James and Rosalie (Boni) Bauer. He graduated from New Holstein high school in 1973. He attended the University of Wisconsin and Madison Business College. In 1974, Tim met his wife and forever love, Clare Pandl, who always said it was love at first sight. They were married on June 16, 1979 and recently celebrated 34 years of marriage.

His career included being a retail manager for Gift Horse, Inc. at several locations in the Midwest. In 1985, Tim took a sales position at Plastic Ingenuity, Inc. and relocated to Madison in 1987. He was employed at Plastic Ingenuity until the time of his death, earning the respect, love, and friendship of many co-workers and customers in the industry.

Tim enjoyed the simple pleasures of his life; golfing, playing soccer with Team Fushia, a good game of sheepshead, and cheering for the Packers. His true happiness came from being surrounded by his family and friends. He was a man of unwavering loyalty and integrity. His friendship was a gift he gave freely to all. Our lives have been immeasurably enhanced because we knew him. We will miss Tim, but knowing him has made us rich beyond words.

Tim and Clare raised three wonderful children together; Katie, Molly, and James. Their children will be forever influenced by the loving, generous, and entertaining personality of their father.
