Sandra Gail Stanfield Beck, 65, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jim Tanner and Rev. Sean Beck officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 505 N. Parkway, Memphis TN 38105.
Mrs. Beck was born in Macon, Georgia to Grady N. and the late Bretha E. Stanfield.
She was a retired sales rep. from Riverwood after thirty four years of service.
Sandra was a member of the Baptist faith and an avid tennis player and loved to fish.
She was a loving mother, and Nana. She was a loyal, faithful partner, good daughter, a wonderful sister and friend to her siblings.
She loved the Lord with all her mind, body, and soul. Sandra enjoyed spending time with her family, many friends and especially the "P.O. Wildcats".
She is survived by her son; Kenneth (Marie) Beck, daughter; Cindy Beck (Jim) Tanner; two grandchildren; Trevor Beck and Benjamin Tanner, father; Grady Norwood Stanfield, long time companion and caregiver; Mike White, siblings; Lorel (Sue) Stanfield, Loretta Simmons, Allen (Cathy) Stanfield and several nieces and nephews and faithful pet, Peanut.
