Ray B. Harrison, 78, of Chipley, FL went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wed, Aug 7, 2013 at a local hospital. Mr. Harrison retired from civil service at Tyndall AFB, PC after 32 years. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Panama City.
He is survived by his loving family; his wife of 55 years, Doris Harrison; daughter, Debbie Gibbens (Gary); son, Steve Harrison (Becky); daughter, Ginger Jones; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Ruth Harrison, Bonnie Harrison, Jan Harrison; brother-in-laws, Dale Naylor (Kathy), R. P. Gaskin, and George Nielsen; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Sat, Aug 10, 2013, at Southerland Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Parker, Pastor Mike Jones, and Bro. Gary Gibbens officiating.
