Lorraine Oliver, passed away on February 23, 2015 at Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson, California. Lorraine was born July 13, 1934 in St. Louis, Missouri.

She served in the US Air Force, stationed at Randolph Air Force Base where she met and married her husband, Calvin Oliver In 1954. Lorraine and her family lived all over the U.S. and Canada, finally making their permanent home in Atwater, due to Calvin being stationed at Castle Air Force Base.

After retiring from her job at Castle Air Force Base, Lorraine enjoyed reading, working on puzzles and spending time with her family.

Lorraine is survived by her children, Vickie Petersen (James), Brenda Blake (Mark), Steve Oliver, Russ Oliver and Sue Davis; fourteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband of forty-eight years, Calvin L. Oliver; daughter, Tracy Veenstra; and grandson, Cory J. Petersen.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be private at the family's request.

Lorraine and Calvin will be laid to rest together on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 1:30PM at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella.
