M ADISON — Glen E. Sherman, age 88 of 2658 Union St., passed away Tuesday, September 27, 1983, at a local nursing home. He was born May 20, 1895, in Columbus. Glen was a meat cutter for many years, retiring from A & P after 25 years. He was a member of Bashford United Methodist Church. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Don (Audrey) Wing of Madison, Mrs. Lyle (Helen) Schroeder of Middleton and Mrs. Virginia Sadeski of Madison; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchlld. He was preceded in death by his wife Adelia on October 27, 1981. Funeral services will be held at the GUNDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Drive, at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 30, 1983, with the Reverend Robert Paulson officiating. Burial will be in the Roselawn Memorial Park. Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 1983, at the funeral home.
