Aileen LeQuire DeHart, 79, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 in Hickory, NC. She was born to Glen and Maye (Burrell) LeQuire on January 24, 1936 in Bryson City, NC.

Aileen was united into marriage with Ray DeHart on October 3, 1954 in Pickens County SC. She worked as an elementary school cook for many years. Aileen was formerly a member of the Plaza Heights Baptist church in Blue Springs, MO. Aileen’s greatest enjoyment came from being around her friends and family.

Aileen is preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Patricia Hoff; and brothers, Glenn Ray, Estes, Lester, and Wayne.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Meyers Funeral Chapel 1600 W. Main St. Blue Springs, MO. Burial will follow at the Blue Springs cemetery.
