A memorial Service for Roger Norman of Roseau will be held on Saturday, March 7, at the First Baptist Church in Roseau at 10:30 a.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
Roger graduated from Roseau High School in 1961. He served two years in Vietnam for the United States Army and then returned home where he worked for his dad, and for his brother Delton doing construction.
Roger married Lavern Knutson on May 26, 1984. They resided in Roseau.
Roger enjoyed fishing, hunting and was an avid reader of Westerns. He liked gardening and working in the yard. Roger was always good to people and he liked to visit with friends and neighbors. He was a member of the VFW Cooties. He also managed the Eagles and the VFW for many years.
Roger Norman passed away on March 2nd at LifeCare Roseau Manor. He was 71 years old.
Roger is preceded in death by his daughter Cindy Norman, his parents, and siblings Maverette Norton, Duane Norman and Delton Norman
