Sarah L. (Simcoe) Baxter, age 83 of Troy, passed away Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015 at the Bradford County Manor.
Sarah was born in Troy on March 17, 1931, a daughter of the late Charles and Edith (Parmenter) Simcoe. She was a graduate of Troy schools and was married to the late Clarence Oliver Baxter. Together they worked their dairy farm. In addition to that she also worked in various positions at the Troy School District. She was a hardworking, dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Sarah was predeceased by her parents, husband Clarence, a brother Charles Fay Simco, sisters Mary Esther Van Horn, Virginia Inman and Ina Schucker.
Sarah's services are private and interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Troy, Pa. The Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral Home Inc., 1093 W. Main St., Troy, Pa., is in charge of arrangements.
