Jane Adele Spencer, 59, of Alvin, Wis., passed away Feb. 28, 2015, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born July 30, 1955, in Kenosha, Wis., the daughter of the late David and Fae (Johnston) Kappers. She graduated from Tremper High School, Class of 1973. Jane married her husband on Oct. 6, 1973 in Kenosha, Wis. She attended the Pentecostal Church of God "Little White Church" of Alvin. Jane served as Supervisor for the Town of Alvin, and was Assistant Chief of the Alvin First Responders. She enjoyed playing games on the computer, and especially loved spending time with family. Jane is survived by her husband; daughters; brothers; sisters; five grandchildren; nieces nephews, and extended family and friends.
