RICKY ALLEN FERGUSON
May 28, 1950 ~ March 27, 2006

"COWBOY"

Ricky Allen Ferguson, 55, of Pollard Community, passed away March 27, 2006 at his home.

He was born May 28, 1950, the son of John Paul & Jewel Bryant Ferguson. He was a member of Pollard Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Jewel Ferguson; his grandparents, J.O. Ferguson and Lula Pollard Ferguson and Bert W. Bryant and Hattie Lowrance Bryant; two uncles, Pollard Ferguson (killed in World War II) and Orvand Ferguson.

Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Angela & Jason Langley of Broken Bow, Sandy Cook of Idabel; brother and sister-in-law, David & Jackie Ferguson of Pollard; sisters & brothers-in-law, Linda Owens of Tecumseh, Pauline & Ray O'Rear of Marshall Hill, Wanda & Bob Bishop of Houston, and Marilyn & Steve Jackson of Blanchard; five grandchildren, Daniel McGowan, Joey McGowan, Allenna McGowan, Levi Langley, & Morgan Langley; one step-granddaughter, Renee Langley; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Rick loved to hunt & fish. He spent a lot of time in the woods with a gun. He also did a lot of trapping when he was younger. He caught a lot of different kinds of animals, but the most unforgettable ones were the many skunks that he caught. That could be a "Smelly" situation.
