Mrs. Watkins was born January 14, 1925, in Ardmore, Oklahoma to John W. and Susan Arizona Fish Tyler. She was a Baptist and a sales clerk.
Mrs. Watkins is survived by one daughter, Thelma Jones of Longview; grandchildren, Susan Williams of Longview; James Jones of Hawkins; David Jones of Broaddus; and Stephen Jones of Red Oak; and 13 great- grandchildren.
