WHITEHOUSE, ARLIE Arlie Whitehouse of Knowlesville, passed away at the Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Wednesday, April 3, 2002. He was born May 17, 1921 and was the son of the late Osbert and Ella Whitehouse. He was predeceased by a son, Wayne, brothers, Austin, Vernon, Ernest and Lorne. He is survived by his wife Avis (Derrah) Whitehouse, daughter Darlene Whitehouse, Sheehan and her husband Kevin of Fredericton and their children Caroline and Patrick. Sisters, Stella Goodwin and Wilma Orser of Somerville, Dorothy Lee of Saint John, several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Britton Funeral Home, High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Friday 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial chapel. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. The family would appreciate donations be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Knowlesville United Baptist Church.
