He was a retired vice president of the Harrison Paint Corp., Canton. He was a member of the Cathedral Church of St. Luke. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Orlando Elks Lodge No. 1079. Survivors: wife, Elizabeth; daughter, E. Diane Pace, Orlando; sister, Jeanne Parmenter, Yorba Linda, Calif.; two granddaughters. Colonial Carey Hand Guardian Chapel, Orlando.
