Donald “Don” Wayne Davis, Jr., 39, of 63 Old Mill Road, Ridgeway, VA passed away on Friday, February 27, 2015 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County, Martinsville, VA. He was born June 26, 1975 in Henry County to Judith “Judy” Hankins Roland of Ridgeway, VA and Donald Wayne Davis, Sr., of Axton, VA.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his son, David Keith Davis, of the residence; one sister, Chasity Dawn Roland, of Ridgeway. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mr. Davis was of the Christian faith. He was self-employed as a Tree Removal Service.
He loved the outdoors, fishing, riding his dirt bike and treasured activities with his son.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel with Minister Dean Ashby officiating. Burial will follow at the County Line Christian Church Cemetery, 12711 Chatham Road, Axton VA.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2015 at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel and at other times at the home.
