Jackie L. Rogers, 73, of Rogers died Sunday March 1, 2015. He was born September 16, 1941 in Alma, Arkansas the son of Faye Crews and Harold Rogers. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was most known for his involvement of the start of Supercasters fishing tournament. He never missed a tournament weigh in or a chance to tell a fish tale at Hook Line and Sinker.

He is preceded in death by his father, Harold Rogers, his two brothers, Teddy Rogers and Tommy Rogers, and his two sisters, Helen Campbell and Vickie Kosier.

He is survived by two daughters, Tina Waggoner and her husband Jerry Waggoner, of Rogers, Lacey Lastovica and her husband Brian Lastovica, of Bentonville; and one son Rowdy Rogers of Rogers; his mother, Faye Rogers of Rogers; four grandchildren, Jeremy Lastovica, BreeAnn Waggoner; Dustin Rogers; and Haylee Rogers; three great grandchildren, Parks Lastovica ; Gracie Lastovica; and Savannah Lastovica .

Funeral services 2:00 p.m. Friday March 6, 2015 at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Visitation 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences to www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com
