Daniel W. Ouellette, 51, of Bristol, husband of Tammy Ouellette, died on Friday (February 27, 2015) at Hartford Hospital. Dan was born on September 26, 1963 in Burbank, CA and was the oldest child of Sharon (Johnson) Viel and the late Albert Ouellette. He was raised in Bristol where he attended school and graduated from Bristol Central High School as a member of the Class of 1982. A construction worker, he worked for American Building, Inc. for several years. Dan was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing and also enjoyed playing golf. He leaves his wife, Tammy, a son: Kevin Seward of Bristol; his mother, Sharon Viel of Bristol, three brothers and sisters-in-law: Donald Ouellette and Heidi Driscoll of Bristol, Kevin and Janice Ouellette of Plymouth, and Keith and Michelle Ouellette of Burlington; a sister and brother-in-law, Jeannette and Rob Sale of Texas; his father-in-law: Karl “Red” Seward of Bristol; brother-in-law: Kenny Seward of Bristol; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends, and his dog and best friend, Oscar. Calling hours will be held at Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, on Tuesday (March 3, 2015) between 5 and 8 PM followed by a funeral service at 8 PM.
