Donna I. Decker, 55, of Fostoria, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015. She was born Aug. 28, 1959, in Fostoria, to Duane and Delores (Haase) Lewis. She married Daniel Decker Nov. 13, 1978, in Fostoria, and they later divorced. Survivors include her mother; a son, Brandon (Christa) Decker of Lorain; one grandson; a brother, David (Shelly) Lewis of Kansas; and three sisters, Patty Stahl of Findlay, Debra (Leonard) Lilly of Fostoria and Cindy (Ray) Parks of Bradner. She was preceeded in death by her father and a brother, Phillip Allen Lewis. Donna was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran. Her funeral will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, officiated by Henry Byrd. Military honors will be conducted by United Veterans of Fostoria. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Denise Young memorial fund.
