Killed in service, in the crash of

near Camp Pinedale, in rural
Fresno County, California.
Six airmen perished in the
accident. They were:

Paul E. Redhead, was the son of
C.H. Mead Redhead and Pearl (nee
Orin) Redhead. He attended East
Technical High School, and was
employed by Thompson Products,
Inc. when he was inducted in
April 1943.
He was survived by his Mother,
Pearl Redhead; and his three
Brothers, PFC. Robert, in Germany;
Technician Charles, at Camp Gruber,
Okla.; and Orin, of Columbus.
His Father, C.H. Mead Redhead
preceded him in death in 1933.
