Jacob James Berry, son of Chris and Brian Berry of Waukee, was stillborn Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2001 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Services were held Dec. 21 at Caldwell Raddatz Funeral Home in Urbandale with burial in Waukee Cemetery in Waukee.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Luke and a sister, Emma, both at home; his grandparents Dianna Van Zee of Waukee, David Van Zee of Ankeny and Cathy and Jim Berry of Waukee; his great grandparents, Dorothy and Jim Berry of Des Moines and other relatives.
