He was survived by his wife, Stella (Godbey) Acey; his sons, Charlie Acey, Jr. of Perryville and Wayne Acey of Science Hill; his daughters, Morene Wesley of Science Hill and Beulah Vaught of the Pulaski community; his sister, Coatney Vaught of Cincinnati; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Acey and Mary Liza (Wesley) Acey.
Funeral service were held in the chapel of Morris and Hislope Funeral Home.
