She is survived by her children: Elva Fuller Scofield, Stewart Fuller, Rodney Fuller, Barbara Fuller, A.Tracy Fuller, and Robert Fuller; six step-children: Golda Birch Fox, Floretta Birch Evanoff, Gene W. Birch, Ellen Birch Zaic, Ray Birch, and Walter Birch; one sister and one brother, many grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred in 1975, three step-children, her parents, four sisters, and two brothers.
I have so many good memories of my Grandma Birch. She was my step grandma, but had married Grandpa before I was born. They lived just across a small field from our house, and us kids were welcome any time with open arms! We had a path worn in the middle of that field. Grandma spent hours playing board games with us and teaching us card games. She would have cookies baked; my favorites were chocolate, chocolate chip cookies! Yummy! She told us funny stories, usually tongue twisters. She was so good at those!
Thank you Grandma, for the legacy of love you left me!
