Survivors include the mother of his children, JoAnn Smith Malloy; daughters, Paula Richard and Karen Johnson and husband, Ken; sons, Kenneth Malloy and wife Leslie; grandchildren, Steven and wife Tabitha, Carissa and husband Mike, Cody and wife Sara and Kady; great-grandchildren, Bryan, Benjamin, Nicholas, Alexander, Kenny, Mina, Jarrod and Cohen.
