MRS. MARGARET A. WHITEFORD
Died at the residence of her nephew, Elwood S. Whiteford on Saturday Oct. 20, wife of the late Hugh (Polk)Whiteford, aged 75 years. Funeral was held on Monday, Oct 22d, at the Delta M. P. church, services conducted by her pastor, Rev. Carroll Maddox.
She is survived by one brother, George W. Day. Pallbearers were E. K. James, George Myers, Price Whitaker, Emory Jones, J. C. Crawford and C.F. Jenness. Interment in Slate Ridge cemetery.
She was a faithful member of the Delta M. P. church and a Sunday school teacher for a number of years.
