Mrs. John G. (Hazel J.) Cheetham, 2014 NW Glisan St., sister of ex-Gov. Douglas McKay, Salem, died Sunday at St. Vincent Hospital
Requiem Mass will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Cathedral with recitation of the Rosary at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Finley's Rose Chapel. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Mrs. Cheetham was born Nov. 17, 1894, in Kelso.
Survivors include the widower, Dr. John G.; daughters, Mrs. E. R. Hood, Medford, and Mrs. Michael Madden, San Rafael, Calif.; brother, Douglas; two grandsons and two granddaughters.
