Survived by his wife, Mrs. Sandra Hardy Lewis, Baton Rouge; mother, Mrs. Iona Richardson Lewis, Baton Rouge; a daughter, Caurosia Lewis, Baton Rouge; maternal grandfather, Albert Richardson, Baton Rouge; six sisters, Mrs. Gloria Tillotson, Mrs. Octavia Johnson and Pat Lewis, all of Houston, Texas, Mrs. Elsie Wagner, Debra Lewis and Mrs. Linda Freeman, all of Baton Rouge; two brothers, Mansfield and Alvin Lewis, both of Baton Rouge; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Rosemary Lewis, Baton Rouge; four brothers-in-law, Henry Tillotson and Ceazer Johnson, both of Houston, Lawrence Freeman and Thomas Wagner, both of Baton Rouge; a host of other relatives and friends.
