Julie Anne Parker 53, of Paris, died at 9:10 PM, Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Christus Dubuis Hospital of Paris. Julie was born July 13, 1961 in Paris to Robert L. and Dorothy Stevenson Parker.
She graduated from Paris High School, Paris Junior College and received her bachelor's degree from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. She worked for the Department of Aging and Disability in Arlington for 20 years. She was a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church of Paris.
Survivors are her mother, Dorothy Parker of Paris; her sister, Lynnda Jenkins and husband, Jerrell of Lubbock; her brother, Bob Parker of Houston; a nephew, Lance Lokey of Lubbock; and numerous extended family members. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Parker on April 15, 2008.
Funeral services are set for 2:00 PM, Monday, March 2, 2015 in the chapel of Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Regan officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
