HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. - Jimmie Lou Bonar, 67, of Harpers Ferry, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2000, at Washington (D.C.) Medical Center.

Born April 7, 1932, in Brilliant, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Alton Parker and Zelma (Miles) Clark.

She was a secretary for Dr. Boholst. She was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church. She was a member of Mount Mission; and Shannondale Womens Club.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis Blake Bonar; a daughter, Ginger Susan Carson of Ranson, W.Va.; a son, Gregory Blake Bonar Sr. of Kearneysville, W.Va.; a sister, Janice Sue Keese of Helen, W.Va.; and five grandchildren
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Clark and Larry Clark.
Services were Thursday, Feb. 17, at 1 p.m. at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Harpers Ferry. The Rev. Victor Lawson officiated. Burial was in St. Andrews on the Mount Cemetery in Harpers Ferry.
