Harvey is survived by his wife, Barbra Burns, and his father, Sam Burns and wife Janie.
He is also survived by his five children; Harvey Lee Burns Jr. and wife Brittany, Cheryl Harrell and partner Ron Hill, Tammy Goodwin, Toby Goodwin and wife Denya, and Clint Goodwin; and his eight grandchildren; Kaitlyn Wilson, David and Hope Goodwin, Kayla Ford, and Brandy, Tyler, Austin, and Morgan Hill.
Visitation will be held on December 3, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Service will be held on December 4, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home.
Interment to follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
He leaves us all for a better place, but the hole he leaves in our hearts can never be filled.
