Teri Diane (Hanson) Adams was born May 17, 1954 to Donald and Loring (Fogo) Hanson in Smith Center, KS. Her mother married Wayne Medford when Teri was very young and they eventually settled in Colby, KS when Teri was a junior in high school. Teri died on February 20, 2015 at Rose Medical Center in Denver, CO after being diagnosed with lupus in 1999.

Teri is survived by her husband William V. (Bill) Adams of Colby; their children, Craig and wife Amanda Adams of Indianola, NE and Sheila and husband Chris Dorcey of Wellington, CO; grandchildren Haylee and Caitlyn Adams and Saura and Jevin Dorcey; a brother, Douglas and wife Julie Hanson of Houston, TX and sisters Vicki Barnes of Garden City, KS and Dana Dempewolf of Colby, KS, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the Colby Berean Church with burial in the Brewster Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Gideon’s International in care of Baalmann Mortuary, PO Box 391, Colby, KS 67701.
