Patrick Sean Phillips 45, Rockford, died in Rockford, IL. on Wednesday, February 18, 2015. He was born May 3, 1969 to Charlene Fox and Daniel Phillips in Gipson City, IL. He graduated from Boylan High School in 1987 and was a devoted Titan fan his entire life. Patrick attended Southern Illinois University and Rock Valley College, but he found his niche as a roadie for the Emery Christianson Band as a kid and then moved on the be one of the best and well known bouncers at Cubbies North, Hurricane Harry's, and LT's. He was a very big man with an even bigger heart- a heart that was always seeking what was right. Facebook was his forte and he posted his thoughts and opinions on a variety of subjects. Bears, Cubs and Titans have lost their most devoted fan. He was a voracious reader, extremely intelligent, sensitive, insightful and funny. He and had a legendary sense of kindness, compassion, generosity, wisdom, and charisma.

Survived by his father, Daniel; step-father, Leigh Knudson; aunts, Alice Fox (Ron Holm), Mary Phillips (Joseph Vinczi); uncles, Jerry (Ellen) and DeLon (Carol), Tim Phillips (Patsy); nephew, Travis Phillips; nieces, Debbie Hinrichs and Terri Olson, and cousins, Yvonne Adams, Tyra and Jeremiah Williams, Grechen Wingerter, Chad Adams, Travis Fox, and Andrew Holm; Tim, Theresa, Tayden, Tim III, and Taylor Key; "sister" Stephanie Caltagerone; special cousins, Jill and Wendy, and his entire Facebook family.

Predeceased by his mother, Charlene; cousin, Richard Williams; uncle, Dick Williams; aunt, Sandy Reinbolt and his grandparents.

Memorial service will be on February 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Spring Creek United Church of Christ. 4500 Spring Creek Road, Rockford, Illinois 61114.
